Anyone have/know anyone w/ a 74-76 Dastun Z coupe?

Did they make anything else beside the coupe?

A friend a few towns over has restored a 240Z to almost concours. Orange, of course.

I used to have a 1970, but sadly it is long gone...

Not a 260Z, but this bad boy 240Z belongs to a guy here in Alberta... Goes by the name Jezebel...

And meet the owner, a neat guy and very friendly at that...

There have been some examples of roadsters made by custom builders, but never by the factory, here's a 240Z roadster I saw in Ontario (roughly ~ 2002)

I had a 1978 Datsun 280Z. Bought it off of the showroom floor and drove it for 11 years and 130k miles....the frame rails rusted out from underneath it or I would probably still have it.

It had optional Black Pearl paint, a five-speed transmssion, a/c, rear louvres, and "special" (interpret ugly) striping.

I loved that car.

I still drive Z-cars....I have a 1996 300ZX that I also bought new.

I don't know if you can see it in this picture or not...... :jester:

I couldn't see the car right away, it took some serious examination of the photo in order to make it out, and even then it was all blurry.

The wash crew did a good job that day....just look at the sparkle!
