TR2/3/3A Anybody need a TR3 frame and suspension

A customer of mine offered up a TR3 frame, rear end, and suspension. From the pictures he showed me, it looks to be fairly complete including the brakes, steering column and steering wheel. No engine, transmission, wheels or body parts of any kind. Is it worth me taking a day off from work and $100 worth of fuel to go and get it. I'm not a TR3 owner, but I would love to own one. Too bad I don't have a Devin or other early British "Special" fiberglass body laying around.

It's up in the NE part of the state close to the Maine/NH border. Hopefully I will have a slow day next week and I can find someone strong to help me get it onto the trailer. I committed to it two weeks ago and haven't been able to free up the time to go get it. It is stashed away behind a garage for an office building and some fence, so it has to be picked up during normal business hours. Looks like it will have to be carried to get it out of it's resting spot.

Todd, if you need a hand, I'm up in that area semi-frequently, if you know when you're going up, give me a ring and I'll see if I'm going to be around there.

A small mouth TR3 or a TR2 will someday be in my future as well (either that or a triumph 1800/2000 roadster) but I have to finish the six first =)
