anybody know how and where I can get the cable ends for the heater cable?

Anyone know where I can get the nipples and repair the end of the cable to open and close the heater box flap? cable is intact but the nipple is missing and I'd like to repair it. Thanks!

foregt it saw it on youtube..bad idea..ill buy a new cable
 
It doesn't have a nipple, it has a screw/clamp thing. You would get the same cable you have now.
 
thanks Kellysguy...is that for the heater end or the dashboard side? i need the heater side.
 
geez. i just orderd the screw and the clamp. its tinyand weighs 4 oucnes maybe. $3 in parts cost me over $7.30 in shipping...that's a rip off.
 
You got off cheap. $35.00 worth of small parts and pieces ordered yesterday, from one of the usual suppliers, to clean up the pedal box, $15.70 in shipping. For small itenms I can order overseas and get quicker delivery and even with the difference in Pounds vs. $ sometimes come out cheaper than ordering in U.S.
 
And we don't even want to talk about shipping costs from local Pack and Ship Stores. $16.00 to ship a Dual Master and $17.00 to ship a set of Wishbones. And that was cheapest rate, 5 day Ground. The cost of fuel is affecting not just costs for my fleet but everything. Keep printing money Fed... No we don't want to start that discussion.

lol...well thanks guys! got the parts yesterday and installed at 6:30am today without a hitch. yes, the cable works..a little grease to loosen up this old girl...(NO FUNNY REMARKS!) hahah
