Any tips to install BJ8 bottom windshield seal?

First thanks to their response to my last post. My 1966 Austin Healey 3000 side posts are installed and the windshield is in the frame with no problem.

I guess I should have asked what's the best process to finish the entire installation of the windshield assembly.

I cannot get lower windshield seal to slide into groove without coming out as it goes around the corners and it binds. I have tried with all kinds of lubricants. It tends to come out of the groove on the corner.I tried to pop it in from one side and then use a Plastic tool w/o any luck.
How is it done?

Any advice is welcomed

After I get the seal in to the bottom is there any other tips to get the framed windshield mounted and fasten to the side Posts
