The guy that owned the B before me broke off the top of the passenger windshield post whereon resides the top snap. Any ideas on how to fix that problem easily? Everyone says taking off the whole windshield is a bear and I wondered if anyone has a "simple" idea? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Same thing happened to mine when I had the post polished. It was off the car at the time but the broken part was welded back on and polished to match. If you don't have the original broken piece, one could be fashioned from aluminum or cut from a donor post. With careful preperation it can be welded with the frame attached to the car.
