Any old chrome parts?

Would anyone have an old pitted chrome part, like a door handle, etc. I could get for postage?

I'd like to try out some different repair techniques before I attack my own door handles.

Dealing with rust isn't the issue; dealing with the raised bumps and pitting is what I need to experiment with.

Thanks.
Tom

How much of a hurry are you in Tom? I have a lot of old door handles from the Vauxhall - would be very interested in being a part of this - but I think they are in the shed so it might be a day or two to get them.

Thanks J-P. No great hurry. Would certainly appreciate the chance to experiment on Vauxhall parts.

If JP can't find them, drop me a note. I've got a box of TR4 handles somewhere, plus some Stag & TR parts (so you can try different shapes), just not sure where offhand.

Thanks Randall. Will do.

I've got a few bits that are pretty much useless for anything else. If you would like to PM your address, I'll send them right out. Tom
