Any late-model Mercedes owners willing to review new brake pads/ rotors?

Hey all-

A few of you know me from my days restoring Morgans. I'm now a product manager for Power Stop brakes, and I've been tasked with creating a line of high-end, ECE R-90 complaint brake pads for European applications.

I'm looking for volunteers to review the new friction compound for noise, performance, dust, etc. I need owners of 2000-newer Mercedes, *preferably* in the Chicago metro area. Pads and rotors will be provided. I need some real-world experience with the product before we go to market.

Candidly, yes - I already tried the Mercedes forums without luck, and frankly I'm more familiar with this community of motorists anyway.

If interested, message me here, and thanks in advance!

Eric

No, labor isn't included. Hopefully I can find someone who happens to need a new set of brakes, rather than impose on someone to remove serviceable parts in order to perform the review.

I may have a contact for you here in the Chicago area. He works at a body shop and used to work at a Mercedes dealership. Message me your contact info, etc. and I'll pass it along to him. As we say in Chicago - he knows a guy what knows a guy.....

Sorry if I'm reading this incorrectly, but are you saying you want a car owner to test these new brakes and the owner pays for the labor involved? Labor on a Mercedes! Confused. PJ
