Its the only way I can see I can get my new air intake/flap unit bolted onto the bulkhead of my 100/4. Its held by three bolts, two of which exit inside the cool air passage behind the bulkhead which is only accessible through the small vent hole.

Any advice gratefully received

Below is what I'm replacing...

Remove the steering box support plate and you will have a bigger hole to reach in .
