TR2/3/3A Antique Auto Parts to Canada= No Duty?

Anyone know more about this. I've heard there is a sticker that can be put on a parcel that is mailed to Canada indicating that the part is for an "antique" auto so there is no Duty on it. Is there a difference in what is considered "antique" and what is considered "classic"?
 
I've shipped and received parts from all over the globe and never paid duty either way, always marked them vintage auto parts on the customs form.
 
When I sold Dan a TR3 front bonnet last year, he had me declare antique auto parts on the customs form and he didn't pay any duty into Canada

No duty but GST, PST (or HST) and shipping, and brokerage and exchange rate = $$$. My last order from the states cost me about the price of the parts to bring into Canada, and that was before the exchange rate went nuts. :sorrow:

I recomment that you get it shipped to one of those shipping service places near the border and then go down and import it into Canada your self, will save you the brokerage and quite a bit on shipping.
