Another Surprise on EBAY

In the latest issue of Classic & SportsCar they have a picture of an MGB-GT mated with a LandRover chasis (it's a PR car for Marmite). It works a lot better than this yellow monster on eBay -- but it doesn't do anything for me /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

As a Jeeper (CJ5, C7, Wrangler TJ, and a couple of Cherokees) and an MGBer, it kinda makes me go Hmmmmmmmm.....ewwwwwwwww! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Bruce /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

That is Ugly! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif

Looks like you'd need a ladder to get the spare out of the boot. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif

same here, Wagoneer, a Grand Chero and a Midget. Used to have a CJ7....that thing is an abomination /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hammer.gif someone buy it and save both of the poor vehicles trapped in that mess!

Come on, I'm sure it's perfect for that special cross between a redneck and a Brit car lover. And there's a plus! That Jeep/AMC/Chrysler 6 doesn't leak as much oil as the B engine /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hmmmm... I wonder what the lap times at Lime rock would be...

I can see it now charging into Big Bend....

Never mind.. can the thing change lanes at anything over 25mph...

I dunno about that. I have a nice oil stain in my garage from our ex-1998 Jeep with a six.

Not sure why but there are a lot of these 4x4 jacked up sports car conversions out on the internet. You get the worst of both worlds I guess.

I especially like the plywood dash in that thing - very classy! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

But it's plywood covered in fine Corinthian contact paper!
I thought the pine tree air freshener was a totally appropriate touch, as well. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/pukeface.gif
