Hi everyone,

Typical new guy,I replied to Basil's email directly, instead of posting an introduction here. So,I'm trying again. What a terrific forum this is;plenty of good info and friendly attitudes.I haven't seen any of the bickering or flame wars so common on other forums,so good job,Basil! As for cars,I have a '73 GT6 which is now going to supply parts for my next GT6,when/if I find it(the '73 was heavily damaged after a large Buick attempted to mate with it). Also, there's a '72 Midget currently awaiting my attention. This has to be the best car purchase I ever made--paid $400,daily drove it for a year before deciding the primer paint job had to go_One thing led to another, and it's now in bare metal. The real coup, though, and the reason I bought this particular Midget,is that it's almost completely rust-free.Minor pitting in the bottom of the A-posts is the worst of it!Sorry to run on like this. It's good to be here, and I'm really enjoying catching up on the old posts.See you around...

Jim
