My name is Ted, I live in Southern California and I own six British cars: a 1958 Morgan Plus Four roadster, a 1933 Standard Little Nine Saloon and four Triumph TR3s. The Morgan is the only restored car in the lot and one of the TR3s is about 80% restored. I do my own mechanical restorations/rebuilds (brakes, engines, carbs, etc.), all electrical work, some interior work, body work and painting. I'm by no means a expert in any of these areas, but I seem to get the job done. In the past, I have owned four other Morgans, three MGA roadsters, three other TR3s, three TR4s, a Triumph Italia, a Swallow Doretti and a 1947 Alvis. All of the cars I have owned were in need of restoration and many were sold in the same condition as I purchased them - rusty, not running, missing essential parts and in need of total restoration. I am willing to share what knowledge I have to assist other members with restoration projects and I hope to spend more time visiting the forum for helpful information or assistance that can speed up my restoration progress. Hope to hear from some of you soon.
