Greeting,
Picked up a 1977 MGB over the weekend. This is my first British car and I must say it been interesting already. I am going to need some help from time to time. Does a picture of a 1977 MGB engine exist. I need a point of reference to figure out the what and whys of the previous owner. It will be a long term project and I expect it to be fun.

Thanks,
John_R

Welcome aboard! I just joined myself (I bought a 1974 Jensen Healey about a month ago) and I can tell you already that this site is a wealth of information. You'll learn to curse the ghost of Joseph Lucas quickly (pretty much all British cars of the era use the Lucas electrical system) but it's still a great project working with the Brit cars. If someone hasn't already told you, you'll probably want to start posting in the MG subforum down the page. You'll get more specific answers there.
