even further north ... Eureka. I've been a fan of British vehicles all my life. Had a TR3, Series 1 and 3 E-type, XJ6, 2 Minis, Norton 750 Commando and Vincent Black Shadow. In retrospect should have kept some of them but ahh, the folly of youth.
I now have a 2004 XK8 and am thinking about buying a Panther J72. Any experience with a J72 among the membership? I'm still on the fence. I like the idea of the Jaguar drivetrain (all my old tools will work) but some elements of the vehicle look awkward, at least in photos. Going to look at the car in the next week or so.

Hi Ken,

"Welcome" to the BCF.

You may want to post your request on the "Jaguar Forum" and see what kind of replies you get.
