Another Midget followed me home

This time it is a 1970 and I drove it around.
Stored in a heated garage since 1983, It has a charging issue but everything else works including the perfect top.
It has a home paintjob that is pretty rough but other than that, it's a nice wire wheel Midget that will be ready to go by the end of the weekend.

Good looking find!!

You indeed are the man, Frank. Nice find! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banana.gif

That is a nice Midget, you're an LBC magnet.

I was once that way. They do indeed follow you home. I swore when I left the UK after spending over two year there that I would never work on a LBC or play darts again. Then after a few years I got offered the midget and ate crow. My wife loved the minis and had never seen a midget. First thing she said when she saw it was "wow, its a stretch mini convertible, we are definitely keeping that". I do love these cars, just got burn out back then and had to step away for a while. I have learnt now it is better to take on only one car project at a time. Good find spritenut, you gonna keep it or pass it on?

1970... good year for midgets. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Frank,

Look good in the picture. Have fun with it.

Dosn't get much better than that.

Frank, you've restored so many of these this is probably one of your old Spridgets coming back around once again.
