Another MGB from South Australia

Hi, my name's Andres. Our family have had at least one MG B since I was a kid (as well as some other LBCs over the years).

Currently working through a longer-term rebuild / modification of my '79 B with my brother and cousin. It started life in California as a black LE model before crossing the ocean to Australia. I converted it to RHD in my earlt 20s and drove it for a few years before it hibernated in the shed for a decade. A lack of compression and a few other niggles were observed when I tried to get it back on the road around 2020 and a little 'freshen up' quickly snowballed in scope.

It's now been 'baremetal' resprayed in a Mustang Stirling Grey and has a 4.6L Rover V8, Sniper EFI, Ford T5, Frontline 5-link rear suspension and front coilover kits, all new wiring, amongst other bits and pieces. Still a little while from getting it on the road, but can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
