I think the seller is just being honest, trying to find a good home.

Personally, I appreciate seeing it as-is rather than getting there and finding out it isn't what is expected.

I'm getting ready to post a FREE Herald junker that is in NC. It is mostly a wreck (long story), but if you need body and roof panels and a bonnet for spares, they are there. My Dad has kept the running gear and drivetrain and wants it gone in the spring.

(Andy, I am still going to send you the lights you asked about a while back...)
 
if the shop teacher paid the hundred bux and put the stripped parts back on, he might have a complete herald

I was talking about the fact that the pictures and sideways. If you want to sell something you make the advertisement attractive. Unless you think he was trying to attract attention with their orientation.
