What's with the tag on the front of the box, seems to be a metal plate rivited on? Covered with paint, any clue what it says? or how it is finished?

I have an extra back peice if anyone needs one. just let me know and it is yours. No rust etc etc, a fine part to restore.
 
Aye, found the part numbers, two lines right upper corner, nothing else. Was prob painted on.
