I am running windows 10 and use Opera as my browser. Recently when I am watching fox news segments I get a Green screen pop up with a bar saying please click like before you watch this video. then a n arrow makes its way to the Thumbs up and then across to the Subscribe box The screen disappears and the video continues. I was thinking it was another way to annoy viewers but this evening I noticed a small character in the bottom right of the screen and when I hover the mouse over the figure I get "Phan Dung" next to the character.

A virus/malware?

Weird...might want to run anti-virus / Malware program on your system. Try a different browser and see if same happens.
 
Just noticed that the you tube video is Fox News but the publisher is Phan Dung. Just looking for likes on his channel.

Need to watch out for that in the future.

David - when you say you're watching Fox News segments, do you mean you're watching Fox News streaming on the 'net?

or you're watching Fox News via YouTube?

Looking carefully I see several other sites have a different name under the title with the "Verified" check mark.

Have to look under the title line in future.

Yeah there are a lot of YouTubers out there who post snippets from other news shows - not just Fox but pretty much al of them.
 
There are some "aggregate" sites as well.
