Folks,
Does the 3rd/4th gear synchro hub install with the beveled portion around the circumference of the hub go towards the front or rear of the transmission?

I know that the larger boss on the inner piece goes toward the front of the transmission.

Doesn't it have a double bevel on each end? I think I always found the larger bevel forward.

The inner hub goes with the shorter sprocket to the rear.
