Was working to clean up RS on Bugsy II this AM and came across Bugsy II's Body Shell Number, 25921. Found a small spot that appears to have been partially repaired via welds. Thinking I need to close up this spot which is not accessible from behind and weld. Plan is to grind welds down and make a small patch panel over the top and weld and clean up. Any other ideas on fixing. This is in the top Right corner at the top of the bulkhead up against inner fender. Thoughts on repair please.

I used a little EvapoRust and an SOS Pad on the RS outer kickpanel. Previously unpainted and surface rusted. About 5-7 minutes with SOS Pad and some Evaporust and shiny appears underneath. Not bad after sitting indoors for 25 years.

I would offer advice but unsure of whether you want to fix it or patch it? From the looks of it how are you going to investigate how extensive the rust is behind the A pillar post?
