Funny. We decided to get chickens. For many reasons but we're expecting them in a few weeks. In a few months I might have more eggs than I can handle. Now I need to build a coop for them and right in the midst of my TD "Awakening".

Went to the post office here a while back and heard a rooster crow. I thought it was a cell phone as my buddy has that for a ring tone. I ask the PM and she says, "No, they're real ~show~ birds." There was thirty of 'em there.
'nother great "delivery story". My friend ordered an entire set of 20 tee pee poles from a company out west. Nice set of professionally prepared lodge-pole pines for his new tent. Now, because they are so long (20-25 feet) he had them delivered to the shop I worked at via Fed-Ex semi. We were helping the driver unload them and jokingly asked "So how many sets of tee pee poles have you delivered today?" He turned on us with a serious face and said "Three!"
Seems there's an unusual spike of local interest in Plains Indian lodging....
Now I gotta order my set...The canvas aint much good without 'em.
