I just found an old photo (circa 1966) of my first MGA, a 1957 MGA 1500.. I have had many since and currently have '57 A and a 66 B... I bought this one for $250.

Nice, hang on to that one.

Jack,

I hate to say, but, this one went the way of many of my cars over the years... I sold it in 1967 for around $400...

well, at least hang on to the photo... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Nunyas,

The photo is all I have but for the memories... The car was only 9 years old when I had it... They are now 50 years old... Wow, where did the time go?!?!?

Hold the phone, does that mean I am 40 years older too!?!?!?

never... yer only 30!

and I'm only 25 /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif

Nunyas,
Whew, am I relieved... I guess that old guy that looks back at me from the mirror is someone else!!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Great pic.

Boy, if anyone understands this...it's me.

Below:

My '56 MGA bought in '67 for $199 and sold in '69 for $60 (running).

And my '58 TR3 bought for $159 in '69 and sold in '71 for $80 (also running).

I have better pics, but this one was just handy and had both cars in it.

James,

My worst <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:]If I knew then what I know now.... [/QUOTE] is my '57 Corvette. I bought it in 1968 for, are you sitting down?' $300. Drove it for two years, had a girlfriend who did not like it so I traded it for a '57 Bel Aire....

Dumb, Dumb, Dumb. When I found the picture of my '57 A I was looking for a picture of the 'vette. Still haven't found a picture...
