I finally got to visit Dave's (Brooklands) museum.

Sorry I missed you Dave, but I had some good chats with some of your fellow museum workers.

We were there to hold our annual VRG Board meeting (very productive.....got lots done in a meeting that lasted approx 6 hours)

Before the meeting, I wandered around with some of the guys (including Michael Oritt from BCF) to look at the displays. Real neat stuff!
They had a Brit-car display upstairs which was very nice. In fact, one of the cars (the red Mini) on display belonged to a friend of mine (she's also a former student of mine).

If you're in the northeast, this place is well worth seeing!
Here's a few snaps of the Brit-stuff:

Sorry I had missed you that day, and the post here. The Brit cars have left, but the Simeone in Philly has LBC's featured now. Our new display is Drag Racing cars of the Northeast including a barn-find Willys, a jet powered Corvette funny car, and a Jungle Jim Vega Kammback.

If Jungle Jim's Vega is there, by chance any Jungle Pam memorabilia/photos displayed with it?
