I have the standard alternator for a Spitfire IV - cant remember think its a 35 Amp Lucus LU606

I brought it about 12-15 years ago as a rebuilt unit.
The bearings are beginning to get a little nosy and I think I am going to have to rebuild it soon..
So
Is there a disassembly blog procedure etc somewhere?
Where is the best place to buy the bearings?
or What sizes are the bearings so I can source them locally?
I may buy a new set of brushes if they are available at the same source!
Looks like the project cost way under under $90 as this the cost of s refinished one...
No I don't want to replace with an alternative it just yet...
