I sopped at an upholstery shop today to have some snaps installed. A guy came by and asked whose TR6 was sitting outside. When I claimed ownership he asked me how much I would take for it. I named a price that I didn't think anyone would believe serious and he almost bought it!

I'm not telling the wife how much I turned down.

About two years ago I was approached at a show by two guys; they asked if my 6 was for sale. I said "no", then one of them said "would you take $30,000?"
Either they had too much money or were not familiar with the car... maybe some of each!

My feeling is
"It's not you kid so there's always a price"
There is always another one out there and possibly better
