Got in to my "new" Ford F150 after work,& noticed that someone had left me a note
under one of the wipers. It said that he'd hit my truck,& was really sorry. He also left his name
& number.
I just sat there for a few minutes,to take it all in.A while back,I had a guy back in to
the Dakota,& about a week later,a hit & run driver hit my car trailer, with a car on it.
I found out that it was a 16 year old boy who hit it,& although I told him thatI was
devastated,I commended him for taking responsibility for his mistake.
His Mother called me,& as her Husband works for a body shop, told me that they'd
take care of it,rather than turn it in to the insurance company.
The estimate was almost $2100,& I'm trying to figure out what to do,as I'll be leaving
in a week & 1/2.View attachment 50660View attachment 50661View attachment 50662View attachment 50663View attachment 50664

Sorry to hear.

In terms of what to do tell him you are leaving in a week and 1/2 - they will be motivated I am sure.

Geez Doug, that is some bad luck. Hopefully things will start looking up for you soon.

It just keeps going...... I had a coupon for a free car wash,
from when I bought a set of tires for the Dakota. It's the same company
the has the tire store.
Looked at the truck when I got home,& there are "stars" in the
hood that weren't there before.
