A good friend of mine who I used to hang with when I was single and had time to play with cars got me back into owning a Triumph so that I could experiance the joy of ripping the road up in a souped up TR-8.

After a 15 year absence I dove back into project bullet and picked up a 1980 TR. The owner had made a lot of upgrades, including the 4.0 Rover.

Life comes full circle and I now find myself on weekends back at my buddy's place working on an engine rebuild and doing cool things like pulling a apart the rear diffrential just to see how it comes apart.

Welcome, 'dude!

You're in the right place for camaraderie and assistance with your project. Several here have Wedges; the one I restored is still here in the "family". In fact, he's your neighbor!

Oh, and we need pictures!

Are you also into riding on the river??

Thanks- TR8Todd is the friend. Have known him for 21 years. Will post pics shortly. I have two boats, one is an ocean kayak and the other is a wooden racer that I built. Sadly it has been years since I have had the time to kayak.

Would like to see your wooden racer some time, I have been involved in two wooden kayaks that we use mostly in Colo. and Utah....
Isn't it nice to have too many hobbies........
Have fun here.
