alignment specs

Going to get an alignment done tomorrow on my 67 Midget, the shop asked if I had the specs for the tow-in/tow-out. As I understand there isn't much other adjustment you can make (aside from rebuilding the front end if things are worn)
Is there any source for these specs ? I have a Haynes Manual at home, but can't check it while at work so I thought I would ask the guru's here instead.
