Who`s on first?

Everyone at the same time. It amazes me how a simple "nutty" question can turn into a two page discussion.

The factory diagrams/Moss diagrams generally have RHD parts and assemblies illustrated. The LHD drive cars were considered a 'little export' project.

Of course relying on any "authoritative" data blithely ignores the commonly DPO policy of doing it all exactly backwards or generally without regard to anything....

Just so happens that since I read this post I decided to check the BJ7 center rod and sure enough I too need to replace just one of the ends. Of course with it out of the car it's a little easier. I just put the rod in the vise and voila, it came right off. The PO replaced one side but not the other /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif so now I have to try and locate a new RH thread end piece, anyone have one available????
Thanks for responding. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angel.gif

Nope Johnny, you plum out of luck---Keoke- /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

The rod ends are readily available as sets, but this would give you an extra. Maybe you will need it later?
