The first NM Road Race of 2007 is set for mid April. As with most SWMS events, it will be at Sandia Motor Speedway and will use the full 1.65 mile, 14 turn course (unless forced to shorten due to the turn 9 lake.
Minis and Muscle Cars to the Max is the title and a charitable tie is included for the first time ever. If you are a Mini or Muscle car driver of either vintage or contemporary, street or race prep, bring it to NM!
If you don't know the SWMS program, check our seb site for further details. We usually have a HPDE/school on Saturday and will for this event. Our school tries for an instructor-student ratio of 1:1. Teches everything about the course except corenr racing (street cxars allowed, hence safety is rule #1).
Seperate group for experienced drivers in street cars lapping only (safety #1). Vintage, Contemporary, and open wheel classes too.
Workers, students, lappers, spectators, car showers, sponsors, and racers invited. Call or email me any questions.
