I'll be moving to the Albany NY Capital District next month and I was wondering if there are any MG owners in that area. I'll be dragging my MGB and the most of the Austin Healey to thearea by the end of August (the wife & kids are coming also, but hey,a man has to have priorities). I know we are a friendly bunch, so I figured this was the best way. I'm really looking for an out from unpacking the gazillion boxes I've already packed. I come with wrenches, a welder, and beer.

I recently return from 8 years in Plattsburgh (the REAL UPSTATE) NY. Don't recall ever coming across an MG Club in Albany but there's a Triumph (Boo Hiss)Club.

They've got the British Motor Fest scheduled for July 21st. If you miss that, be sure to figure on going to the British Invasion in Stowe in September. Biggest Brit Car event in the area.

I live just north of Albany in Clifton Park. Definitely come to British Motorfest on the 21 if you can. I have a red 1970 MGB and should be at the show. I'm also restoring a Bugeye.
The ATA (Adirondack Triumph Assoc.) is a multi marque club now dispite the name. Believe me there are as many if no more MG owners in that club, so join! There are events every month and good folks. You can find their site by on google. There is also an MG specific club, but it is much samller and basically has the same members. (they don't have a site)
