As far as I know, it doesn't. I have only seen the 3 tangs bent over to hold it in place. The only place I know of in that area with a set screw, is the steering wheel to hold the traficator in place.

There's a triangular plate behind the dash, as well. In the Moss drawing, it is # 108. I've never seen a set screw in this area.
