I'm looking a 75 tr6 that doesn't have a air pump what year was it introduced also isn't the commission plate supposed to be held in by rivets not screws
 
I believe 75 was first year of air pump and yes, commission plate was riveted on. Check for the small vin tag on drivers side w/s and see if the numbers match
