Hi Guys
I hope I’m not boring you.
This was my sprint yesterday at Aintree near Liverpool uk

it was the home of the British Grand Prix - the last time being 1959.
my TR3a competing in the film is 1959.

feel free to comment. As I’m experimenting with graphics info and in frame picture - I know it’s not that different to be worth it! Took some syncing though.
Uk motorsport don’t really like cameras stuck on the outside of cars !!
Hope you enjoy though.

Great video, congratulations on the personal best. Your car sounds great at full note. Frank

Love it. Keep them coming.

Weekend fun! Enjoyed viewing, thank you. Question: does the Brooklands screen provide adequate deflection?

Jay
Hi Jay
Thank you. Yes it was good fun and ideal weather which always helps.

it’s a real power track and I don’t have that much.

yes the brooklands aero screens do work surprisingly well. But of course the helmet works.
but I have used them on the road but less comfortable on a long run but slightly angled back they are very effective. my wife and I prefer the full screen on day trips I must admit.

Hamish, makes me want to ship my ‘59 TR3A to the UK and do some of these events. My palms were a bit sweaty in one of the corners. Well done on your PB! Keep the videos coming!

Thanks, good information. What other vehicles are in your class?
ah that's a good question.
at the actual events the organisers put all the triumph cars in the TR register championship one class.
so i was upon against a full race prepared triumph dolomite sprint and a road TR7V8 ( i beat the V8) so basiacally the fastest triumph competing always wins.

but in our championship we are subdivided into classes.

and everything is here

but the sub classes are described here section 3

some of us and our cars here

its all great fun though.

H
