Just returned from a cool ride in Miss Agatha. Surely does run fine and get the looks and waves. You would think I would get over that but enjoy it every time.

Getting too hot now for roadsters so she is back in the garage and under wraps till the next time, lots of sun today, no rain.

Going to finish bird house with grandson today. Yesterday we cut out the wood and did a dry fit. Today he gets to drill holes and drive nails and such. Might go swiming if the rain stays away. If he got up a bit earlier he could go for a drive with me, well maybe in the evening about sun down.

Even though Frank is a raisin by comparison we get looks, waves and compliments every time we are out.

Jack, you could always build him a wooden pedal car...I've got plans for an MG TC!

Sounds great. Hopefully it doesn't rain and you can go for a ride with him this evening. There is something more then the size of our LBC's that just draws the youngins, from both us and them.

If I open my garage door even just to grab a tool there are at least three kids outside wanting to come in.

Really I think the kids like us identify with the something different and neat aspect.

You need to buy/make a soft top with a zip-out rear window.
Doing that makes a very hot day drive much more pleasant!
I did this many years ago by having one good top and one that was old and missing the back window and I just used which ever top was appropriate for the day.

Plan to have a top with a zip out rear window for sure. In fact have it sorced just need to wait for funds to collect.

I think I saw a sun top someplace, wonder where that was.
