Was able to get my hands on their new free-flow manifold and having a **** of a time with the fit does anyone have one 'also do you think you need the carb blocks and the heat shield I been trying to source a pic of it in a car I seen one but cant seem to find it thanks

I assume this is the one you bought from me. What's the problem? Here is a picture I shot on my car when I looked to see how it would look. I might have a pic with a HD8 carb on, not sure where it is. No you don't need the carb blocks. Don't think the heat shield should be a problem, but don't no since I didn't try it. I would think it would be easier just to install the carbs on the manifold and then install it to the engine. Numerous places are selling the same one. I noticed that Moss is selling it for $899!

I've been running the DMD for several years. Joe Curto sold me Jag insulators that are about 1/8" thick.

Also FWIW - with my stock 29D cam I think the car ran just as fast with the HD6 carbs as HD8s.

Last time I looked it was $899, wow. You can still buy it from Ah Spares for about $750.00 not counting shipping, customs, etc. I originally tried to get a DMD, but they were out and couldn't give me a good date when they were getting more. $1821.95 wow, someone must have fell asleep on the keyboard. :congratulatory::greedy_dollars:

I saw it at $899 on Friday, now it's $1821.95! That's inflation!!!
