Sorry, haven't been to attentive of late on the Forum. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif No excuses just haven't taken the time. I know how addictive visting all you nice folks can be. But forgive me, now here's the question I have. Couldn't locate the classified ads.
Anyone know where I can find a AH "MKII" badge? I'm restoring a BJ7 MKII and the P.O. installed a very poor MKIII badge in place.

johnny, yes we all noticed how unatentive youve been! and now you have the unmitigated gall to ask a question? just kidding! i also own a bj7 i think i have a spare laying around, let me see if i can dig it out, my shop looks like the sceen in star wars when they fall into the ships garbage belly! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

I have seen them on Ebay a couple times, They had one that was original like new condition. Sold for $170.00, I'am still kicking my self in the butt for not buying it. I think a repro is around $200.Bob

Thank you all for responding. And yes Anthony I would greatly appreciate yours. I've looked on ebay and couldn't locate one. I'm not looking for a brand new one, just a nice survivor would be nice.

You are a very lucky fellow. NOS items are selling on E-bay for $155.00, they are sold out and that price was cheap!---Keoke- /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

yeah, that's the one. I've been meaning to tell you, Anthony, that they fixed ebay to keep you from seeing all the really good stuff. There's a bunch of really good Healey stuff on there, but it's only for select people. And you're in the dog house...

hi, johnny, Ido have an mk11 badge it is not in bad shape but the chrome in the very top end of the tip wing has rubbed off you are welcome to have this one .I will take a picture of this and email to you if so desire /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

" Anthony,You're in the dog house" SHG, do you mean his mate locked him up in the boot!?.---Keoke- /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angel.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angel.gif Thanks, please do send me the photo. I have another member sending me one also. I suppose the chrome can be replaced/refinished. I've heard the cloisenne finish can't be redone.

Sure they can be redone for about $400.00 and a six month wait .Be careful about replating a badge as unseen blemishes can allow the plating chemicals to discolor it.---Keoke

just saw another one on ebay, item no. 8039487519. this one looks like it's in perfect condition.

https://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=8039487519&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT The link doesn't appear to copy properly, but you can search with the item number.

It looks like this guy is parting out an mkII where the owner died in mid-restoration. This might be worth your time.
