Two hints based on mistakes I made and eventually figured out:
1. Remove the pinch bolt on the lever arm shock to trunnion connection completely, don't just loosen the pinch. There is a notch in the pin that the bolt goes through, and unless the bolt is completely removed the pin won't come out. I thought it was frozen from corrosion but even my BFH wouldn't free it until I realized the problem.
2. Similar issue with the fulcrum pin in the outer A Arm. There is a little pin that is very easy to miss (mine was covered in grease and hard to locate even after I knew basically where it was), and this pin must be driven out with a small drift or a a nail set. This pin crosses a notch in the fulcrum pin preventing its removal as well. The fulcrum pin screws out with a large screw driver. It is pretty frustrating if you forget the pin.
Once those issues are understood, the only problem I had was the inner a arm bushings were pretty frozen (all 4 of them). I eventually freed them with aggressive and repeated use of my BFH coupled with lots of PB blaster. Your hammer swing is limited by interference from the A Arm and frame members. Also, the rubber bushings "bounce" somewhat when struck with the hammer, and this greatly limits the transmission of force. Many have had to resort to cutting them free with a sawzall, which probably is fine and may ultimately be quicker.
