TR2/3/3A Adjusting the H6 SU carb jet?

Carbs are on my work bench. Just read somewhere that the jets should be 2 turns below the bridge or 0.60" . Don't some say the jet should be flush with the bridge? Does anyone have a good link as to the jet assembly procedure and jet centering?
