Adjusting clutch pedal travel

How do I adjust the amount of travel on the clutch pedal of my TR3A. Currently it goes all the way to the floor so I have to have my seat much further forward than I like. I have a new slave cylinder and the push rod fork is attached to the hole at the far end of the clutch pedal shaft.

Move the fork to the middle hole. If everything else is working properly, it should solve your problem!

Are the pushrods adjustable on the 3a's? Yeah, I should know since I have one...

Other thing to check is if the pedal / clevis pins are worn.
