Adjustable trailing arms?

It will transmit more nose/vibration to the car body. Stick with the original style and spend the money on a panhard bar.
 
I would tend to agree with Trevor's assessment. What concerns me is the location of the fuel pump and lines on the pictured car.. kind of a strange location and close to the axel housing.
 
I agree as well, maybe on race car, but the original units are bushed rather than hiemed so they give a bit more comfort for street cars. If the maker of these were really on the ball to say, he would have used screw in bushing ends for this on street cars. Ok so I adjust pinion agle with these, not like street car owner need to do that anyway.
