I've worked for Honda Canada for over 25 years. This was their first and still ongoing foray into the upscale car market. This car has a 2.7 litre V6. They are very good as far as power and longevity are concerned. If the mileage is correct, then you should expect about 3 to 4 times that distance before it gets to the point of no return.
Concerns are rust. Check over the rear wheel wells very carefully. Other than that, I would see no reason not to at least give it a good look over. If there is anything specific you want or need to know, PM me and I will give you my phone number. Good luck with this car.

And maintenance. The timing belt if not replaced at every 60K miles can lead to an expensive engine repair. The brake fluid has GOT to be flushed every two years maximum, especially in the ABS system. The modulators/actuators can get expensive replacing them. Over all a good car if maintained you can expect further mileage for the price.
