A tribute to the healey

Good show ole ghap---Keoke

Like Dave says in his piece, there is nothing that sounds like a big Healey if it's a roadster with the straight pipes ! Start 'er up and that beautiful sound will make a bad day turn good !!!!! Love the article.
Regards,
Mike

Yes , its nice to see a Healey on the road..Went for a drive on Sunday...put about 30 miles on the 100. Lots of waves and honks...

Summer is closing out and I have not seen a Healey or Jag on the road this year...

Its a shame.

Pete

We were traveling south on the I-5 (California)Saturday afternoon and saw a nice looking 3000 going north. A red one, anyone on the forum?

If you're near Toledo, you'd stand a good chance of frequently seeing mine on the road. I use it often to pick up BMW parts from the dealership. During the summer, I drive it more than either of my ///M Rdstrs.

This will likely be the Last Summer (in Ohio) though, it'll move south with the rest of our cars & lives sometime around the first of the year. (picture me smiling...)

just read this in a book: "the 3000's were for tough guys who only feared death sometimes, and were never afraid of the devil."

Wow did u read my mind or what? I'm writing a post about that now, i also did a post about the tr3! a link to it is in the triumph section under tribute to the TR guys.....and thank you healey rick!!
