Hi Im mark. I have been messing with British cars since I was 18. I bought my 1st car which was a Mk1 Sunbeam Tiger, red, and it kept my drivers license 1 ticket away from being suspended. Decided I needed to go racing so I went to work at a Triumph dealer as parts manager and part time wrench. Raced for 6 years out of th OVR region. Since I couldn't afford 2 toys the Tiger had to go. Been trying to find it but the trail ended in Utah. I crewed for other friends and still do. I have worked on Midgets, Lotus7. formula Ford eat. Started to rebuild a C sports racer Bobsey and soon discovered that was financially out of the question. Have crewed for 2 different national champions.....a lot of fun. Currently I have a 68 Sprite project neglected for too long. I am also into WW2 vintage airplanes and recently took a ride in a B-17. My dad flew in them as a radio operator in the 8th Air Corp in England. Retired 3 years with too many projects, spend time at Mid Ohio race course or the golf course, I live about 8 miles from the track

welcome - sounds like you are in the right place. Lot's of nice folk in the Spridget forum but also a race forum and much interest in various aspects of airplanes - especially vintage!

We're glad to have you aboard, Mark! As JP suggests, be sure to jump into our Spridget forum! It's pretty active.
