I remembered reading posts about the difficulty in getting the three rubber insulators for the wiper motor to go into place. I tried a couple of things unsuccessfully this morning then got the idea to use a nylon string along with lots of dish washing detergent. I looped the string through the hole from the bottom, slipped the loop of the string into the slit in insulators and pulled down firmly with one hand inside the cockpit. The insulator when in about 2/3 the way. I then wrap the rounded tip of an old paint can/bottle opener with a piece of towel and pushed the rest of the insulator in from the top while still pulling the string from the bottom side. About three minutes on the first one and 30 seconds on the last.

Durn, some of you guys are so smart. I cut mine in half.
