Is there a way to set up for a daily digest? Each post sends me a new email and fills up my inbox.
 
I do not get any emails, so it must be the way you have your profile configured.

I looked around and think you must have turned on some or all of the watch settings.
Check the configuration of your "watch lists" choice on the "my stuff" pull down menu.

This is a very active forum, so I login and check the "active topics" screen.
