I used to have one of those... saving it for whatever (though never did use it).
 
Yup! Kept one, mounted it onto a flat wheeled cart and used it as a fan in the shop. OSHA woulda gone stupid over it but it kept us cooled down in Florida summers.
 
We need an organization to protect us from OSHA.
