A Datsun B210 I spotted at the BMO Nations Cup - an international show jumping event held here, I talked to the owner briefly, a young student who is a member of one of the marching bands that was performing...

The best creativity I could think of

Every few weeks it's my job to drop by the bank to deposit the church offering money after counting it... Had a rather nice surprise upon arriving at the bank... I met Mike and his 1972 Mini

It's a 1970's (Canadian spec) example running a very modified 1275 block, I'm sworn to secrecy on the details... It's mildly customized with metal flake paint and what sounds like a good quality stereo... Yes, I do have colour photos of the whole car minus owner, coming still... Had a good chat with Mike, a friendly guy originally from the Caribbean...

Upon arrival at Heritage Park (heritage village) for the annual Fall Fair spotted a nice Citroen DS21, which is a rare find here in Alberta, the Fall Fair this year was rather anemic but spotting this car made it worth the trek... I never met the owner this time...

B210 was one of the first cars the wife and I bought. We had had a Triumph Spitfire, but got the B210 for the back sets when #1 son came along.

He couldn't handle the clutch in the Spitty?

And here is a colour photo of that Mini (minus the owner)

And Basil... Isn't that the story of many a young couple... At least you got your sports cars back eventually

My Surname is French, I'm British, and one of our cars is Japanese (Toyota).

Will that do, too?

No, my name really is "French" - Roger French, that's me.
