A Jaguar Crossover?!

Another cookie cutter wannabe

JLR have to make money. Given the success of the Evoque, why not a Jaguar?
Purists may not like it, but after the X and S types it's certainly no worse. Porsche purists didn't like the Cayenne, but the accountants do!

Gee, next we'll have a Rolls Royce 4X4! ( Chauffeur driven of course) ! :highly_amused: PJ

I think that it's a mistake. These will be sold out of the same dealerships as the Land Rovers, which will take sales from that brand, rather than from the BMW and M-B competitors. Jaguar have never made anything other than cars, and Land Rover nothing but what are now termed as SUVs, so what's next, a luxury sedan from Range Rover?

As as previously stated, it's a "me too" product.

You guys completely missed the gold in that post, check out the Honda mower vid lower down on that page.

That has you written all over it, Billy

I know, I can't say I didn't think about it and the fact it's made by Honda ~AND~ has a 90 degree V twin only makes me want it more. If it woulda beat the Beemer I might but that thing's gotta be at least ten grand. My Exmark was 6K in "04 dollars and it's only one up from the bottom model.

Ya know, they say how fast to goes but not how well it stops.

That's just ~silly~!!!

They need to look at Porsche to see why.

What's next? A Rover two-seater convertible?!?

I remember back in the early 1980s, someone took a GMC Crew Cab Duallie pickup truck and put Cadillac badges on it, and even did up the interior like a Sedan deVille. Who'd have thunk that 20 years later Cadillac would actually sell a pickup truck? I mean really, what's the point? Are you really going to take a Cadillac pickup as a work truck?

My mechanic friend from the past took an late 50's GMC and put a complete Cadillac front clip and interior into it.
PS,Air Tilt and complete leather
Called it a Gimilac
